Bahan-bahan :

-Daging Sapi 250 gram
-kluwak 1 buah
-Bawang Merah 5 buah
-Bawang Putih 2 siung
-Cabai (Cabe) Merah 3 buah
-Cabai (Cabe) Merah 3 buah
-Cabai (Cabe) Rawit Hijau 10 buah
-Tomat 5 buah
-Serai 1 batang
-Daun Salam 2 lembar
-laos 1 ruas
-kaldu sapi bubuk 1 sendok teh
-Garam secukupnya
-Gula Pasir secukupnya

Cara membuat :

Rebus daging sapi yang sudah dipotong-potong dengan 1.5 liter air.

Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, masukkan cabe merah dan hijau, salam, laos, serei sampai layu, kemudian masukkan kluwak yang sudah dihaluskan, tumis sampai matang.

Masukkan tumisan dalam kuah daging, rebus sampai mendidih, masukkan tomat hijau dan lombok rawit, rebus sampai matang. sajikan.

How to make :
